 <\/strong>Venue Hire<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you would like to hire our venue for a conference or party, then simply click on the link below and you will be directed to our on line booking system where you can select the date and time you want to book. Please follow the following instructions when you get to the Monthly calendar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1- Once you are on the open calendar, identify the date you are looking to book. If the date is free for bookings there will be a blue cross in the top right corner of your desired date, click on this cross.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2- You will now be re-directed to a ‘Make a booking request – new user form.’ Complete the form and create your password. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3- Once this is complete, you will see a login box next to the new user form. Login using your email as the username and your chosen password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4- You will now be back on the calender view. Click the blue cross on your chosen date again and it will then re-direct you to the ‘Create booking’ page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5- Complete the different sections of the form. *Note 1* The system adds buffer zones between bookings to prevent overlap of bookings. If you try to book the venue inside these buffer zones, the system won’t allow you. If it states that your booking overlaps with an existing booking, you will need to adjust your start time. *Note 2* At the ‘Customer’ section, click on the icon of a man with a plus to add yourself as a customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6- Once complete, click save and email. The church administrator will then send you an invoice within four weeks of your booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
